Under the terms of the agreement, PsyLabs will provide TIRC with an exclusive license to its proprietary methods and technical information necessary for the development and commercialization of ibogaine drug candidates in the U.S. PsyLabs will serve as the exclusive supplier, while TIRC will handle wholesale distribution. In return, TIRC will pay up to $1.3 million in milestone payments for the first drug candidate, alongside an annual exclusivity fee and royalties on net sales.
